  3. In the Page Range area of the Print window, choose the Selection option.
  4. Click the Print button.

Why am I unable to print my complete statement using Firefox on a Mac?

With the MAC system, the Mozilla-based browsers, such as Firefox and Netscape, provide no options for changing print settings or specifying ranges of pages to print. Due to this limitation, if your statement is more than one page, you are unable to print beyond the first page.

To work around this limitation, you can open your statement via the Statements option in the Actions menu. Once you have selected and opened your statement, you can highlight and copy the content of the statement you wish to print and then paste it into any word processing type program. From there, you should have the ability to print, although it will most likely not be aligned nicely.

A better option is to access your statement using the Safari browser. If you don't normally use Safari, simply login using your security questions to gain access to your accounts. Do not attempt to register with a digital certificate, as this function doesn't work properly with most Safari browser versions. Once you have opened your statement, click anywhere within the statement. Click the File menu, then choose Print Current Frame. This will allow you to print your statement in its entirety.

Why can’t AFCU e-mail me my monthly statement?
Public e-mail is not secure; your information could be read by others. AFCU never sends private financial information via public e-mail. We urge members to adopt this practice too, so that you only share financial information by telephone or secure e-mail options.

How do I change my password?
You may change your password by clicking on Profile, enter new password, re-enter new password and click on Submit.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, you may click on the link Forgot My Password, call the credit union during normal business hours, or send an e-mail through Home Banking Secure Messaging.
