To report a lost or stolen AAFES FCU MasterCard Credit Card, it is necessary that the cardholder call Town North Bank at 1-800-442-4757. To report a lost or stolen AAFES FCU MasterCard after business hours outside of the U.S., you may call collect at 972-391-6840. Please identify yourself as a member of AAFES Federal Credit Union.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card

To report a lost or stolen AAFES FCU MasterCard Debit Card after credit union business hours, please call Client Network Services at 800-472-3272. To report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card outside of the U.S. after credit union business hours, please call 001-973-656-2345. Please identify yourself as an AAFES Federal Credit Union member.
